JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) announces its regional and other offices will be closed Friday, June 18 in observance of the new federal holiday, Juneteenth. MDC’s nature centers and shooting ranges will remain open June 18 and 19 due to previously scheduled programs and other offerings.
The announcement comes after Governor Mike Parson declared Missouri state offices would be observing Juneteenth on Friday, June 18.
MDC programs and events slated for June 18 and June 19 will continue as scheduled.
